What error message means and what to do?
Couldn't find tag
You have read a tag on your mobile device that is not found in the system or is not attached to any item (spot / folder / warehouse slot).
Solution: Check your Spotilla for a tag with that surface number.
If found in the system: tag the item you want (spot / folder / storage location)
Not found: contact Technical Support at helpdesk@spotilla.com (in case you have ordered your tags from us, if using your own tags admin needs to import the tags into Spotilla [tag internal ID])
