How to disconnect a tag and a spot

A tag attached to a spot cannot be detached from mobile application, but you may change the tag to another.

This is done as follows:

1. open the spot data
2. click on the surface number of the tag
3. select a new tag based on the surface number from the drop-down menu
4. Save.

However, the tag's attachment to the spot can be disconnected from the management portal:

1. Open the Spot
2. Click the tag field
3. Choose an empty row
4. Save
