Why I can't log into Spotilla?

Checklist for logging in to Spotilla. Troubleshoot for logging into Spotilla

Mobile app login checklist

  1. First, check if your phone has an internet connection. Logging in to the system requires an internet connection.
  2. Check the spelling in your username.
    The username is usually your email address - you can check this from the email you received from Spotilla service or from your administrator. In some cases, the user ID can also be a shared ID or a "shared email address", eg maintenance@company.com. If you do not know your own username, contact your company's Spotilla administrator.
  3. Please try to enter your password carefully. Note that the mobile ID has a different password than the manager ID password unless you have already changed them to the same. Uppercase and lowercase letters matter!
  4. The first time you log in, you must change your password. A strong enough password must have at least 8 characters, with at least 1 capital letter, at least one number, and at least one special character.
Enter the name of your customer in the "Customer" field. This is the same name in Spotilla login: the beginning of your Admin Portal URL. (customer.spotilla.fi). Note: therefore, only the first part of the address is written, in this example "customer" without quotation marks.

Using a QR code for mobile login


  1. You might have received a QR code for logging in or if you have manager user account you can log into Spotilla management portal -> "User profile" (click your name on the upper right corner) -> "+ Log in to the mobile application with QR-code"  -> Create QR-code

  3. Then open Spotilla mobile application and click "Log in with QR code" and read the QR code from the screen/in your email.

Browser login checklist (Logging into management portal)

  1. Are you at the right web address? You can log in to your Spotilla at the web address customer.spotilla.fi
  2. The first time you log in, you must change your password. A strong enough password must have at least 8 characters, with at least 1 capital letter, at least one number, and at least one special character.
  3. Keep in mind that the ID you use to sign in with your browser may contain a different password than the ID you use to sign in to the mobile app.
  4. Are you sure you have access to the browser environment? Check with your administrator.
  5. Are you trying to log in with an administrator ID or a personal ID? The email address for the admin ID is different from your personal ID. If you have forgotten your administrator password, contact helpdesk@atmotics.com
  6. Do you see the "Microsoft AD" logo on the screen? If you see, then the client has Microsoft AD single sign-on enabled and you must sign in through that link (with your organization's AD IDs)
