Features in Spotilla and when to use them
In many cases, Spotilla features can be used as desired by the organization, and the system doesn not force user to use the feature for just one particular thing.
For example, if you want the simplest possible bug reporting process, you can use messages. On the other hand, if you want a well-functioning and structured way to handle a bug report, you should use the service requests feature.
